Provide the airport, flight number, arrival date, local arrival time and number of travellers once your itinerary is confirmed. Mention luggage, mobility equipment or child-seat needs where relevant. Ask whether transport coordination is available and whether the proposed vehicle can meet your requirements.
Confirm the arrangement
Request the meeting point, contact method, driver or transport-provider details and price before accepting a transfer. Clarify waiting time, cancellation terms and what happens if a flight is delayed. An enquiry about transport does not mean a collection has been booked.
Plan for arrival changes
Keep the confirmed transport and hospital contacts accessible during your journey. Inform the agreed contact if your flight or arrival terminal changes.
