Begin with a care area
If you already know the specialty you need, start with the corresponding care page and gather the relevant medical records. If you do not know which specialty fits, describe your symptoms or diagnosis in an enquiry so the coordinator can seek appropriate clinical guidance.
Separate an assessment from a treatment
A service name does not establish that a procedure is suitable for an individual patient. Consultation, diagnostic testing, treatment and rehabilitation are different stages of care. Ask which stage you need first and whether an existing diagnosis or referral is required before booking.
Confirm what can be arranged
The coordinator can confirm current service availability, the requested documents and the next practical step for your enquiry. Include your preferred language, location and approximate timing. If your needs span several specialties, explain the main question you want the clinical team to address.
