Diagnosis: Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) with incomplete paraplegia following a motor vehicle accident.

Treatment Course: O.S. underwent an intensive, 21-day program at a specialized hospital. This comprehensive regimen included spinal cord reconstruction surgery, neural growth factor therapy, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), and rehabilitation therapy. His progress is outlined below:

Pre-treatment Status:

• Normal upper body movement
• Severely compromised sensation of pain and temperature below the level of T-11
• No sensation or control over urination and defecation

Post-treatment Progress:

• Improved sensory levels: O.S. reported experiencing sensation at his pelvic level in a lying position, with normal sensation in his pelvic region.
